Hammer Warrior's only multiple target skill is easily interupted. That's broken.

Earthshaker doesn't target multiple foes (*coughGoodTimeToCrudeSwingcough*)? Neither does belly smash? Someone should tell ANET to fix those then!

Anyway back to the subject here, the skill states:

"Attack all adjacent foes. Each foe you hit is struck for +1...16 damage. This action is easily interrupted."

It says its easily interrupted. So you getting easily interrupted while using it does not make it broken.

If someone is knocked down and you knock them down while they are knocked down. The time doesn't add on. Which sucks.

Yeah I definatly think that they should take away the "action is easily interuptable" thing from crude swing. As it is, its pretty useless. And why would you waste the energy/skill slot to put Mantra of Concentration in?

Yeti Smash doesn't do full damage to all enemies. Crude Swing blows, there's no way around it.

this is why you should be using stances instead of thinking that your warrior is invincible. Hi, I can "block" and "Evade"!!

You guys post all these suggestions around it and yet I hardly doubt it even crosses your mind when making a Hammer build...
No hammer warrior brings block/evade stances for one skill. Even if this wasn't easily interruptable it would still be a lower tier skill. Atleast removing the interruptability would make it viable.

?? are you serious?? a hammer warrior should bring stances to stop his ass from getting pommled by a ranger, sinner or warrior. Adding in this skill shouldnt really damage your skill bar if you brought a stance in the first place.

Or how bout an Sprint and IAS for adrenaline. Most of the Hammer skills cost a heck lot of adrenaline. Plus hammer warriors are usually the one doing the pommeling, not rangers or assassins.

You can use Wary Stance, Bonneti's Defense (end when you use this skill lol), Defensive stance (same problem with end with a skill), Disciplined Stance, Gladiator's Defense, Frenzied Defense, and Protector's Defense.
You cannot say that there is no blocking skill for the hammer warrior.
Yay to Terra Xin!

Hammers have the heaviest hit in the game, it is simple to see why it would be limited. Consider this, Dervish attacks only hit a small location in front of them, they used to hit all adjacent foes.... what happen to that?

I can agree with improving such AoE skills, but that is a gamewide improvement, from Elementist to Dervish, and Warrior.... last.

Plus in a sense this skill is way more powerful than Cyclone Axe, and can potentially be better than Hundred Blades {elite} if that interrupt thing was taken off.

Thread title changed according to forum guidelines. As for the rest of the thread...

Try to keep it more reasonable, and less full of trash posts.

I'm going to have to agree with gameshoes. Why not use one of the perfectly valid stances to block attacks so you can use the skill?

If you consider 100 swords as an exception to that rule, I'll agree with you.

Since warriors aren't supposed to tank. They're supposed to deal damage. Only PvE monsters target warriors.
